High-Quality Swing Gates: Production Standards & Testing Methods

I. Production standards for swing gates

1. Raw material standards

The raw materials of swing gates mainly include steel, cast iron, copper alloy, etc. Appropriate materials should be selected according to different parts and functional requirements. Raw materials should comply with national or industry standards, such as GB/T 700 "Carbon Structural Steel", GB/T 9439 "Gray Cast Iron Parts", etc.

2. Design standards

The design of swing gates should follow the following principles:

(1) Reasonable structure and uniform force to prevent gate deformation, cracks and other defects during operation;

II. Testing methods for swing gates

To ensure the quality of swing gates, the following aspects should be tested:

1. Appearance quality test

(1) Check whether there are scratches, bumps, pores, sand holes and other defects on the gate surface;

(2) Check whether the dimensions and shape and position tolerances of the gate components meet the design requirements;

(3) Check the gate coating quality to ensure anti-corrosion performance.

2. Material performance test

Test the mechanical properties, chemical composition, hardness and other aspects of the swing gate materials to ensure that they meet the design requirements.

3. Functional test

(1) Opening and closing test: Check whether the opening and closing time, stroke, torque and other aspects of the gate meet the design requirements;

(2) Sealing performance test: Check whether the leakage of the gate sealing surface is within the specified range;

(3) Dynamic water test: Check the gate's operating stability and sealing performance under dynamic water conditions.

4. Environmental adaptability test

The swing gate is tested for environmental adaptability such as temperature, humidity, and salt spray to ensure its normal operation in harsh environments.
